Changing or canceling flights

A customer can change their itinerary even if they bought flexibility ticket type or not. The change and cancellation of your flight depending on the conditions applied to your ticket which will be mentioned in the email you received after booking your ticket. You need to make sure that your flight ticket number should start with ‘074’ (KLM), ‘057’ (Air France), or with '006' (Delta Air Lines).

To change your ticket online

• ● Log in to your KLM Airlines account through a web application or mobile application, go to your flight details and click the button ‘Change flights’
• ● Now you can select the itinerary change or cancellation option.

You can directly check -In online through the App or website and drop your luggage at the airport while you board your flight.

Online Check-In options are available 30 hours before departure (24 hours before in case of flights to or from the United States).

We also provide the Check-In option at the airport. You can walk towards the Check-In desk and the KLM executives will be happy to assist you with the Check-In.
